If you cancel your participation up to two weeks before the retreat - 10% of your total amount will be charged.
Cancellation two weeks prior to the retreat (from November 7th) - 50% of your total amount will be charged.
Cancellation 1 week prior to the retreat (from November 14th) - 70% of your total amount will be charged.
Cancellation 3 days prior to the retreat (from November 17th) - 100% of your total amount will be charged.
DobuleYou reserves the right to cancel the retreat due to unexpected circumstances, including but not limited to, an insufficient number of paid participants. In the event of a cancellation due to lack of minimum participants, those who have signed up will be given the option to either receive a full refund or reserve their spot in the next retreat.
