*The retreat will be held in English
*Does not include flights, participants are responsible for their own arrival and departure to and from the retreat
If you cancel your participation up to 30 days before the retreat (until March 25th) - 10% of your total amount will be charged.
Cancellation two weeks prior to the retreat (from April 10th) - 50% of your total amount will be charged.
Cancellation 1 week prior to the retreat (from April 17th) - 70% of your total amount will be charged.
Cancellation 3 days prior to the retreat (from April 21st) - 100% of your total amount will be charged.
DoubleYou is not responsible for covering or reimbursing any travel expenses incurred by participants. Each participant is solely responsible for arranging their own arrival and departure, ensuring they arrive on time for the retreat.
DoubleYou reserves the right to cancel the retreat due to unexpected circumstances, including but not limited to, an insufficient number of paid participants. In the event of a cancellation due to lack of minimum participants, those who have signed up will be given the option to either receive a full refund or reserve their spot in the next retreat.
