This is one of our biggest recipes for success: to lower the external volume so you can listen to your inner voice again. Don't worry, you will still be reachable through our facilitators, an emergency phone, and you will be able to say good night to kids in case you want. It's time to be off, in order to be on.

For you to go out of your default life including the default mechanism of interact with others. In our retreat we aim for equality, meeting each other stripped from titles, so we ask not to engage in trivial questions such as where do you work, who do you know. It's time to get deeper.

Our retreats are made with love from a to z. We know that everything you consume: from content to food, to the view when you wake up, matters. Therefore, we choose special places to help us craft our experience, including a non meat dietarian policy. It's time to take care.
